FreeTrack’s GPS-monitoring system provides you with a wide range of tools to achieve your goals, which will reduce costs, optimize the use of resources and automate control.

FreeTrack provides cargo carriers with the following capabilities:

  • Track real-time vehicles and cargo – control of “on-line” mode of car and cargo movement. The data is highlighted on an electronic map and displayed in the form of generalized reports.
  • Monitor traffic and traffic schedules – setting up control zones and routes for different types of vehicles on an electronic map with the help of dispatching software. Accordingly, in the reports recorded data about the crossing of the boundaries of the control zone or deviation from the route, which is immediately reported to the client’s manager.
  • Identify misuse of vehicles, making it impossible for drivers to carry out so-called “left voyages”.
  • Controlling fuel consumption , volume of refueling and storm drainage, time and place of refueling.
  • To control the opening of the doors of the containers and cargo compartments – using the appropriate devices. The time and place of opening the cargo compartment or container is fixed by the system, which informs the responsible manager or the Client Manager.
  • Controlling humidity and temperature in containers or cargo compartments – using temperature sensors. Due to this system a report is made about the temperature regime mismatch and, accordingly, we get the opportunity to view messages in real time, to violate the temperature regime and to view reports of deviations from the given temperature values for a set period of time, both in digital and in graphical form.
  • Reduce the cost of cellular calls, especially when the driver is roaming (typical for international carriers).
  • To organize logistics of forwarding services.
  • Help create various specialized reports.
